GidaTV is an IPTV player. We do not provide, host, or distribute any content. Users are solely responsible for the content they access and must ensure they have the right to access any content streamed through the App.

  • No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as name, email, or address.
  • Usage Analytics: The App does not use any third-party analytics services. No usage data, app performance metrics, or crash reports are collected or transmitted to external services.
  • iCloud Storage: Any user data (such as playlists or preferences) is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
  • Device Information: The App collects non-personal device information (such as device type, OS version, and language settings) locally only via Apple's OSLog system for troubleshooting purposes. This information is stored on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external service integration is optional iCloud sync, which is managed directly by Apple and covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

User Responsibility

  • GidaTV does not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV or streaming content.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to access any content streamed through the App.
  • The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.
